The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. The application also includes the page route with the inquiry so it can be understood in context. Website and email services may process request details such as an IP address, request time, delivery status, and other connection or diagnostic metadata. Vercel Web Analytics records page views. The contact form may also send a measurement event after an accepted response; it contains no form fields. The event records a form response, not whether a person submitted it or whether an email was delivered. These service-generated details are not entered in the form.

We use information you submit to respond to work-related inquiries and discuss the engagement you requested. For this purpose, we rely on steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). This does not cover unrelated messages or additional purposes.

We do not add contact-form messages to a CRM or mailing list, use them for unsolicited marketing, or use their contents to train NewBizLabs AI systems.

Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Resend delivers inquiry emails, and Google Workspace hosts the receiving mailbox. Read each provider's current privacy information: Vercel Privacy Notice, Resend Privacy Policy, and Google Cloud Privacy Notice for Google Workspace.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to a use of your information where that right applies. You can email privacy@newbizlabs.ai or contact the relevant data protection authority, including the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser after you select it, then reads that choice on later visits. If browser storage is unavailable, the theme control still works for the current visit.
